SHIPPING POLICY
- We currently ship across India through registered courier companies for all our orders using ShipRocket.
- You will be notified with the tracking details once your order is shipped through ShipRocket.
- To ensure smooth deliveries, please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including a valid zip code and an active mobile number.
- Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. In such a case, the order gets cancelled and no refund will be offered.
- Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.
- Current Shipping Timeframe (as of 22/2/23): We are super backlogged right now so it might take 2-4 weeks. We didn’t expect this sort of response and we are just a tiny lab, still figuring everything out. We appreciate your patience and support.
- Please note that weekends, national and public holidays of India are not considered as working days for shipping & deliveries.
- If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at other times due to unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
